Virgin Voyages has announced a brand new Scarlet Summer Season Pass, aimed at digital nomads and remote workers for Mediterranean sailings.

Since its inception, Virgin Voyages has been working hard to attract a new, younger crowd that has not neccesarily sailed on cruises before. They're now looking at targeting a brand new group of sailors: remote workers.

The Scarlet Summer Season pass was announced on March 7th. It offers a heap of perks and a 30% in savings compared to normal fares. There are currently 4 month-long Mediterranean sailings in the summer of 2024 that the pass can be purchased for.

How much does it cost?

According to the Virgin Voyages website, the Season Pass starts at $9,990 for two passengers. The September sailing, which features a Virgin Celebration Voyage is more expensive and will cost $10,990.

The fare is non-refundable and you must sail on each leg of the voyage.

What perks are included?

The season pass itself offers a 30% discount over the normal cruise fare, and additionally offers:

  • A Central Sea Terrace cabin for two
  • Premium Wi-Fi (which was recently upgraded!)
  • Laundry service
  • Early access bookings
  • Dedicated concierge
  • Access to Richard's Rooftop
  • $10 coffee credit (daily, per cabin)

If you currently have Deep Blue Extras, you can combine them with the Season Pass.
